If you need to return a product to us, please contact our friendly Customer Care team, who will be happy to advise you how best to send your returns back.
Please don’t send anything before contacting us, as not every item can be sent through standard post.

Change your mind

If the unusual circumstances you simply change your mind and no longer require the products you have 14 days from the delivery date to contact our customer care team on the above email address.

Once our team have responded with a return note and how to send your item back you will then have 14 days in which to return the products unopened, unused, undamaged and within their original packaging. Once our team have inspected the return the refund will be issued and you will be notified by email.

Please note: Since the cancellation is simply down to a change of mind, you will be responsible for cost of returning the products, all returns will have to be sent on a recorded or signed from delivery service.

Damage of goods

If the package of your order is damaged on delivery or there are any damaged product, photographs of the damage shipping boxes and any damaged products must also be photographed be sent to the above email address within 24hours of delivery. We will contact you back to arrange collection of the damaged products and a replacement sent out.


Please note that we do not accept returns if your order contains any of the following items we will be unable to refund your order (including postage & packaging) once it has been delivered:

  • Fresh items (including cheese, meat, fish, fruit or flowers)
  • Tailor-made or personalised goods
